For those in the know, Between Two Evils Day is a once-a-year celebration of patience, craft and complexity. It's the day we end a year's wait and share the latest vintage of our bourbon barrel-aged stout.
We're proud to confirm that this year's vintage has all the intensity, viscosity and delicate complexity that fans have to come to expect of this beer.
Notes of bourbon, vanilla and baking spices are followed by intense espresso and chocolate. As your pour warms, you can expect notes of figgy pudding and caramelized plum jam.
As the nights grow long, the air cold and the company more prized, Between Two Evils is a warming and decadent invitation to contemplate, reflect and savour what's good.

THE PROCESS
This year's release was brewed during a snowstorm and aged for almost 12 months in freshly-emptied bourbon barrels from Buffalo Trace and Heaven Hill Distilleries.
Last week, the brewing team lovingly removed barrels from their resting place above our taproom and tapped them one by one for tasting and evaluation before agreeing on the winning blend for this year's release.
