A Gamay and Pinot Noir co-ferment.

Fruit roll-up, raspberry liqueur, honey dew melon, red licorice and fresh roses. A silky, concentrated fruit palate with a soft ripe berry finish.

2024 was characterized by warm growing conditions, coupled with frequent rain. The resulting challenge for growers was battling against Black Rot all summer long. Quality, organic growers with good organization and discipline managed to stay on top on their vineyards and deliver excellent quality fruit. Most varieties ripened 2 weeks earlier than average making for a compressed harvest period.
