This coffee has notes that remind us of:
Peach, Tangerine, Cherry, Ice Cream, Orange Blossom.
The owner of La Soledad, Mario Fernando Gomez, is a 2nd generation farmer who in recent years has taken the lead of this family coffee tradition dating back to the 1960s.
This orange bourbon were fermented for 60 hours and then dried on raised bed for 18 days. This is one of our favourite coffee from Mario this year. We hope that you will enjoy it too!
