Hazy Triple IPA w/ Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Rakau and Motueka brewed in collaboration w/ High Bridge, NJ’s Esker Hart Artisan Ales

Next up we’ve got a hazy triple IPA brewed with our good friends over @eskerhart .

Bobby and the great team at Esker Hart have been interwoven into the entirety of our history here at Counterpart. They were the first brewery we collaborated with way back in April 2019 and since then we’ve connected on countless beers. It was a special experience to make the trip south this past December to brew at Esker Hart’s long awaited brick and mortar brewery in High Bridge, NJ. For that collab, we brewed a hazy double IPA called Boreal which we loved so much we decided to brew a triple IPA version of that same beer.

Super Borealis received the same all @freestylehops hop treatment that Boreal did, Motueka in the whirlpool, followed by massive dry hop additions of Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin and Rakau. Much like Esker Hart’s Boreal, you can expect a full, creamy mouthfeel and candy-like sweetness carrying a tropical tsunami of white grape, guava, lychee, honeydew and papaya. This is quite possibly the best hoppy beer we’ve brewed to date.
