Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Paper Tiger. Blank Slate is a lager brewed with rice and yuzu zest. This beer is dry and intensely aromatic with notes of citrus zest, honeysuckle and bergamot.

Sometimes in order to be at your best, you must first reset, start from scratch, erase and continue from a blank slate. Use what you've learned in the past to do better in the future.
