About Tristan:

With over a decade in the beverage and hospitality industry, Tristan has studied fermentation and worked as a professional brewer, cider and winemaker. He received his WSET Diploma in 2016. Over four years behind the bar in Union 613’s Speakeasy, he later co-founded Jabberwocky, one of Ottawa’s most exciting cocktail bars. Since opening his bar, he's moved into a sommelier role at Fauna, one of Ottawa's most celebrated and innovative restaurants. When he’s not making drinks, Tristan is writing about them for various publications.
